Dharma and the illusion of life are central to understanding our existence. To lead a fulfilling life, one must first follow dharma and then protect it. Protecting dharma goes beyond personal adherence—it means helping and blessing those in need. When you cultivate a giving nature, your mind expands, and your aura radiates positivity. However, as humans, our minds are often trapped in limited thinking. To break free from this limitation, we must understand the deeper truths of life.
Understanding the Consequences of Actions
Every situation we face, whether good or bad, is a result of our past actions. The challenges that come our way are not random but are consequences of what we have done. This understanding helps us accept life as it unfolds rather than resist it. When we realize that everything happens for a reason, given by a higher power, we stop struggling against life and instead learn to flow with it.
The World as an Illusion: Playing, Not Being Played
Everything in this world is an illusion (Maya). The key is to recognize this illusion and engage with it consciously rather than allowing it to control us. “Playing with the illusion” means surrendering to situations while maintaining awareness. It does not mean becoming passive but accepting life’s flow without unnecessary resistance.
Surrender does not mean weakness; it means trust—trusting that the universe or the divine is guiding you. Whenever challenges arise, surrender them to God. This surrender brings inner peace and allows life to unfold naturally.
Moving from Darkness to Light
We are often trapped in the darkness of our thoughts, doubts, and fears. The way out is to turn on the light of awareness. This means letting life flow naturally without clinging to outcomes. When the mind begins to question or generate restless thoughts, we have two choices:

- Convince the mind with wisdom – Understand that thoughts are fleeting and not absolute truth.
- Ignore the thoughts – By not giving unnecessary attention to passing thoughts, they lose their grip on us.
Transforming Energy Through Inner Heat
When we stop engaging with unnecessary thoughts, a powerful magnetic energy builds within us. This energy generates a pure heat inside the body, burning away internal negativity and darkness. This process is not just metaphorical; it is a real transformation that can be experienced through deep spiritual practice.
Opening the Third Eye Through Yogam and Meditation
To access higher states of awareness, one must practice Yogam (union with the divine) and meditation. These practices help calm the restless mind, increase inner heat, and activate the third eye (Ajna chakra)—the center of intuition and wisdom.
Regular meditation and yogic practices align the body, mind, and soul, leading to heightened spiritual awareness. This awareness can help one move beyond the illusions of life, live with clarity, and experience profound peace.
Living with Awareness and Surrender
Life is an ever-changing illusion, but we are not meant to be lost. Instead, we must recognize its nature, surrender to the divine, and move forward with awareness. By understanding Dharma and the illusion of life, helping others, and engaging in spiritual practices, we purify our inner world and unlock deeper wisdom.
When we allow life to flow freely without resistance, we transform from being controlled by illusions to conscious participants in the divine play of existence.
